Our mate Banni's been making some tasty, minimal, existential illustrations from his home in Glasgow and we wanted to give them a bit of air time.

Of his work and getting into Instagram Banni says:

"I got Instagram a few months ago to follow artists and to get inspired initially and after a period realised after seeing endless great work on the platform that I should do more myself. So I did and made stuff most nights to get myself back into a way enjoying design.

Going forward the hope I have is that more people will see the stuff I like making and see where it goes.

I'm glad I started doing it and enjoy the social way of showing the art, much more than just banging a new project up on my website. Thankfully the response has been good so far and has had people contacting me asking to do stuff for them. Perhaps if there is a demand for one-day selling prints or something would be sweet. But ultimately I'm just happy to share stuff I like."

Check out his stuff below and on his Instagram @instabanz for more.
