Dalston Roof Park is always good value for live music and drinks with some top DJs pumping out the tunes. It has a great spot nestled in between East London’s skyscrapers which gets a decent amount of sun. The venue is also a good citizen of the area and is backed by social enterprise Bootstrap.
It’s a great shout for cocktails and outdoor film nights. The major plus is that the place also has a sizeable downstairs bar, artspace and disco, so you’re not going to be short of a few options when the sun goes down.
Netil360 is another East London gem. Situated up 5 flights of stairs, on top of Netil House, it has a rather large rooftop bar complete with a disco ball. The place serves locally sourced drinks as well as an array of very lovely pizzas (cooked by Hackney pizza). The bar is also dog-friendly which (if you want a pro tip) is an ideal accessory for any singles looking to strike up conversations with randoms.
If you’re south of the river, Frank's Cafe at Bold Tendencies is a must in Peckham to visit for those sunny drinks. Built on top of a multi-storey car park the venue has a kinda festival feel with its tent-like pitched roof and wooden bar shack. The enterprise behind the site and art space are another great citizen of the area and regularly hold exhibition and events that are definitely worth checking out.
Our home and event space, Lyme Terrace is ideally placed on the canal just up from Camden overground station. The roof terrace is split over two levels and has a unique view up towards the BT tower. If you’re interested in seeing the house first hand check out our events page for details on our Summer parties.
